I’m Jeff Thibadeau.

Before starting Business Tree Benefits, I built my career in health insurance, employee benefits technology, sales leadership, and insurance operations—including serving as a vice president of sales for an InsurTech company.

That experience gave me a close look at how benefits are purchased, administered, and renewed—and how often small employers receive plans without the guidance needed to make a confident decision.

Today, I help Iowa employers with 2–50 employees compare funding options, build supporting benefits, navigate enrollment and compliance responsibilities, and prepare more strategically for renewal.
